Operator – the company processing users' personal data, defining the purposes, composition, actions, storage, and destruction procedures of personal data.
User – a visitor of the service.

Destruction of personal data – any actions by which personal data is irreversibly destroyed or physical media containing data is destroyed.
2. Rights and Responsibilities

- Continue processing data without consent if grounds exist as stated by law.
- Independently determine measures necessary to fulfill obligations under the law.
2.2. The Operator is obliged to:
- Organize personal data processing in accordance with Russian legislation.
- Respond to requests from data subjects and their legal representatives.
- Stop transferring, processing, and destroy personal data in cases provided by law.
2.3. Data subjects have the right to:
- Obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data.
- Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for processing purposes.
2.4. Data subjects are obliged to:
- Provide the Operator with accurate personal data.
- Notify the Operator about updates or changes to their personal data.
3. Principles of Personal Data Processing
- Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
- Processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes.
- Merging databases with incompatible purposes is not allowed.
- Only personal data relevant to the purposes of processing is handled.
- The content and volume of data correspond to the stated purposes; excess is not permitted.
- Accuracy, sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance of data are ensured.
- Data is stored in a form that allows identification of the subject no longer than required; data is destroyed or anonymized after achieving processing purposes.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

- Providing access to the service.
The Operator may send notifications about new products, services, offers, and events. The User can opt out by sending an email to the Operator.
5. Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other parties with access to personal data must not disclose or distribute data without the data subject’s consent, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Final Provisions
- The User can obtain clarifications on the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email.
- Any changes to this privacy policy will be reflected in this document. The policy is effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
