User Agreement (Public Offer) – TopIPTV
1. Terms and Definitions
- Offer – this User Agreement.
- Service – IPTV service topiptv.ink, owned by the Provider and intended for providing access to IPTV content.
- User – any individual who has accepted (agreed to) this Offer.
- Product – subscription packages to the IPTV service (access to TV channels, video-on-demand, and other content).
- Acceptance of the Offer – making a payment for the subscription package via the Service. Acceptance signifies full and unconditional agreement of the User with all terms of this Offer.
2. Subject of the Offer
- The Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to the purchased IPTV subscription package in the amount chosen and paid by the User, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for the Product in accordance with the terms of this Offer.
- The topiptv.ink Service is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or an official representative of any TV companies or content providers.
3. Payment and Provision of Product
- The price and subscription package are determined by the User in the Service interface before payment.
- The minimum subscription period for a single purchase is 1 day.
- Payment is made on the basis of 100% prepayment via supported payment systems (MulenPay, SBP, and others).
- Access to the subscription package is provided automatically after payment confirmation, on average within 1–10 minutes.
- The User is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided credentials (login/ID) for accessing the service. In case of incorrect data, the service is considered duly provided, and no refund is issued.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for IPTV services after access has been successfully provided are not possible, due to the real-time nature of the service delivery.
- Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
- Complete failure to provide access: In the event of a technical failure where the paid subscription was not activated, the Provider refunds 100% of the paid amount.
- Partial access: If access was provided partially, the Provider, in agreement with the User, either provides the missing content or refunds a portion of the payment proportionally to the cost of the unavailable content.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. Provider obligations:
- Provide access to the IPTV subscription package in accordance with the terms of the Offer.
- Ensure the operation of the Service and provide support to Users.
- Not disclose User data, except as required by law or the Privacy Policy.
5.2. User obligations:
- Carefully read the terms of the Offer.
- Provide accurate credentials for accessing the IPTV service.
- Use the service in accordance with the rules and policies of TopIPTV.
6. Liability and Force Majeure
- The Provider is not responsible for further use of the IPTV subscription by the User, including account blocking or other actions by third-party content providers.
- The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations under this Offer if it was caused by force majeure circumstances.
- Force majeure includes: Internet network failures, failures of content providers, government decisions, service blocking in the User’s or Provider’s country.
7. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are to be resolved through negotiations. Support contacts are provided on the topiptv.ink website.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be settled in court according to applicable law.
8. Term of the Offer
- This Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the website and remains in force until withdrawn by the Provider.
- The Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Offer, which become effective upon publication of the new version on topiptv.ink.
